Today I went downtown to take photos of structures and buildings. However, I was distracted by water play in the public fountain by the Hilton.
Lots of kids love to play in this fountain. Today were three teenagers that had just moved to Wichita. 
It is a $50 fine, but only if they can run fast enough to catch you.
